Provence 75

This exceptional cocktail offers a classic French 75 profile with a sophisticated lift from lavender to instantly transport you to the south of France!

Ingredients:

• ¾ oz Lemon Lavender Cordial
• 1 oz gin
• 3 oz dry sparkling wine

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients except the sparkling wine to a cocktail shaker with ice
• Shake hard for 10 seconds
• Strain into a chilled champagne flute and top with sparkling wine
