Tropical Popsicle
A Japanese Whisky collins, with acidity, bitter notes and tropical flavors for a pop!
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Tropical Passionfruit Syrup
- 1 ½ oz Japanese whisky
- ½ oz Aperol
- ½ oz lime
- 3 oz club soda
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients, except soda water, to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
- Strain into a highball glass filled with cubed ice
- Top with club soda
