Spring Dream

The perfect cocktail to welcome in Spring! This easy-to-make cocktail is full of dreamy fruity and floral character.

Ingredients:

• ¾ oz Pineapple Gum Syrup
• ¼ oz Texas Grapefruit Shrub
• 1 ½ oz gin
• ½ oz fresh lemon juice

Instructions:

• Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin with ice
• Shake vigorously to chill and combine
• Strain into a chilled coupe
