Liber Lapu
Liber's version of the classic tiki cocktail, Chief Lapu Lapu. A must try for Hurricane fans.
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Tropical Passionfruit Syrup
- 2 oz dark rum
- 1 oz light rum
- 2½ oz orange juice
- 1 oz lemon juice
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
- Strain over crushed ice into a hurricane or collins glass
