Goin' Places
From Jon and Sio at Subtle Tiki comes this split base highball. Pineapple and agave are perfect against the backdrop of Nixta's rich corn flavor.
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Pineapple Gum Syrup

1 oz mezcal
- ¾ oz rye whiskey

½ oz Nixta Licor de Elote
- ¾ oz lime juice
- 8-10 drops mole bitters
- 2 oz club soda
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients except soda to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake hard for 5 seconds
- Strain into a chilled highball glass filled with crushed ice
- Top with soda
