This sophisticated cocktail is essentially an Old Fashioned emboldened with a touch of fernet.

Ingredients:

• ¼ oz Classic Gum Syrup
• 2 oz rye whiskey
• ¼ oz fernet
• 2 dashes aromatic bitters

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice
• Stir for 20 seconds and strain into a chilled coupe glass
• Express and garnish with an orange peel
