This herbaceous libation is a seriously bitter treat. Bold robust flavors from The Pathfinder botanical elixir blend gently with the citrus from the Campari-like flavor of the Italian Orange, while the Demerara Gum Syrup lends a sweet molasses flavor that softens it a bit giving it a smooth, rich finish. Ingredients:

  • ½ oz Demerara Gum Syrup
  • 2 oz The Pathfinder
  • 1 oz Lyre's Italian Orange
  • 5 dashes orange bitters

Instructions:

  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
  • Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
  • Strain into a glass with ice
