The Notorious F.I.G.

Manhattan-esque, but with a lightly bitter edge. Pick a medium-bitter amaro - we'd suggest Montenegro here.

Ingredients:

• ½ oz Caramelized Fig Syrup
• 2 oz Irish whiskey
  
• ½ oz amaro
• 2 dashes Peychaud's bitters

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice
  
• Stir 20 seconds and strain into a chilled nick and nora glass
• Garnish with a fresh fig slice
