Sea Legs
The Sea Legs cocktail encapsulates "a nautical feel without the kitsch", says its creator Alejandro Olivares. Big smoke flavor from the scotch and mezcal is lightened up with fresh lime and almond orgeat... and don't skip the celery bitters on this one.
Ingredients:
- ¾ oz Almond Orgeat Syrup
- 1 oz single malt scotch
- 1 oz mezcal
- ¾ oz lime juice
- 2 dashes celery bitters
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass with salted rim
- Garnish with a lime wheel
