Rum Flip
A rum flip is super easy and big on flavor. Demerara sugarcane + an egg is unctuous, hearty and absolutely delicious. Don't skip the grated nutmeg!
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Demerara Gum Syrup
- 2 oz aged rum
- 1 whole egg
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake without ice
- Add ice and shake hard for another 10 seconds
- Double strain into a chilled coupe
