Rum Espresso Martini
The espresso martini gets more depth and intensity when you swap our vodka for aged rum. Brew the espresso fresh, but be sure to cool it prior to shaking.
Ingredients:
- ¼ oz Demerara Gum Syrup
- 1 oz aged rum
- ¾ oz coffee liqueur
- 1 oz espresso
- ¼ oz creme de cacao
- 8-10 mint leaves
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
- Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass
