Pink Pearl

Lavender fields and raspberry bushes find their way into this fluffy vodka fizz. 

Ingredients:

• ½ oz Raspberry Gum Syrup
• 2 oz vodka
• ½ oz lemon
• 1 dash lavender bitters
  
• 1 egg white
• club soda

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker except for the soda water
• Short shake for 5 seconds
• Strain into a chilled highball glass
• Top with soda water
