Pineapple Express

There are quite a few cocktails with this name, but only one from yours truly at Liber & Co. This agave-based cocktail is reminiscent of a margarita, but the dynamic combination of smokey mezcal and bright, tropical pineapple takes it to a whole new level.

Ingredients:

• ¾ oz Pineapple Gum Syrup
• 1 oz blanco tequila
• ½ oz mezcal
• ½ oz orange liqueur
• ½ oz fresh lime juice

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
• Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
• Strain into a chilled coupe
• Garnish with lime wheel
