Orchard Mai Tai
Pumpkin spice has nothing on this. Tiki can segue easily to cooler months - and this fantastic recipe highlights how well ginger + baking spice works alongside our Almond Orgeat Syrup.
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Almond Orgeat Syrup
- barspoon Demerara Gum Syrup
- barspoon Fiery Ginger Syrup
- 1 oz apple brandy
- 1 oz brandy
- barspoon allspice dram
- ½ oz lemon juice
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake hard for 15 seconds
- Strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice

- apple slices and cinnamon
