Non-Alc Blackberry Whiskey Smash

Blackberries and whiskey are a beautiful combo and Monday’s whiskey has all the right flavors for a delightful Whiskey Smash. Demerara Syrup adds the perfect sweetness to brighten the berry flavor. Made by our friend @zeroproofgirl

Ingredients:

• ¾ oz Demerara Gum Syrup
• 2 oz non-alcoholic whiskey (Monday recommended)
• 4-5 blackberries
• 4 mint leaves
• 1-2 lemon wedges
• club soda

Instructions:

• Add lemon and blackberries to a shaker tin and gently muddle
• Add whiskey, mint, and ice and shake for 10-15 seconds
• Strain over ice and top with club soda
