New York Brandy Punch
From Tom Bullock's The Ideal Bartender comes this adaptation of Cato Alexander's delicious brandy punch. This is meant to be a long and juicy cocktail, but mind the full pour of brandy!
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Raspberry Gum Syrup
- ½ oz Pineapple Gum Syrup
- 2 oz brandy
- 1 oz water
- ¾ oz lemon juice
- ½ oz crumbled raspberries (optional)
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and short shake for 5 seconds
- Strain into a pilsner glass filled with crushed ice

- raspberry crumbles + pineapple leaf + orange and lemon slices
