Mandeln Old Fashioned

Inspired by the hot candied almonds served at German Christmas Market, this rich cocktail is a perfect end to your holiday feast.

Ingredients:

• ¼ oz Almond Orgeat Syrup
• 2 oz bourbon
• dash of ground cinnamon (we prefer the mild Ceylon variety)
• 2-3 drops of vanilla extract

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients in a rocks glass
• Add 1-3 large pieces of ice and stir for 20 seconds

Glass:

• rocks

Garnish:

• ground cinnamon and slivered almonds
