This cocktail is a great example of a well crafted drink. The potent ingredients are balanced to create a punch of flavor without being overpowering and it's delightfully easy to drink.

Ingredients:

• ½ oz Pineapple Gum Syrup
• 1 ½ oz gin
• ½ oz lime juice
• ¼ oz Green Chartreuse
• one basil leaf torn in half

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
• Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
• Strain into a chilled glass
