Improved Brandy Cocktail

Billed as a "manly aperitif" from 1876, we think the improved brandy cocktails will impress anyone at any time!

Ingredients:

• barspoon Classic Gum Syrup
• 2 oz cognac
• dash absinthe
• 2 dashes maraschino liqueur
• 2 dashes aromatic bitters

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice
• Stir 20 seconds and strain into a chilled coupe glass
• Express and garnish with a lemon twist
