Ginger Snap
A ginger snap cookie recipe is a tried and true flavor combo. Joaquín Simó took this idea and turned it up a notch into this fantastic cocktail that's filled with everyone's favorite baking spices.
Ingredients:
- ¼ oz Fiery GInger Syrup
- 1 ½ oz brandy
- ½ oz Jamaican rum (Smith & Cross suggested)
- ½ oz orange liqueur
- ¾ oz lemon juice
- ¼ oz cinnamon syrup
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake hard for 20 seconds
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass
