Flor de Jerez
A low alcohol cocktail from Death & Co's canonical book. A beautifully balanced cocktail that isn't too intoxicating.
Ingredients:
- ¼ oz Classic Gum Syrup
- 1 ½ oz Amontillado sherry
- ½ oz Jamaican rum
- ¼ oz apricot liqueur
- ¾ oz lemon juice
- 1 dash aromatic bitters
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass
