Commodore Daiquiri
A riff on a classic pineapple daiquiri, with a hit of Ube extract for a brilliant purple hue and a earthy vanilla note..
Ingredients:
- ¼ oz Almond Orgeat Syrup
- ½ oz Classic Gum Syrup
- 1 oz plantation pineapple rum
- 1 oz white rum
- 1 oz lime
- 1 dash ube extract
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
- Strain into a chilled coupe
- Garnish with orchid
