Chai Tai
The quintessential tiki cocktail, the Mai Tai, gets an autumnal makeover with the perfectly complementary addition of chai spice.
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Chai Spice Tea Syrup
- ¼ oz Almond Orgeat Syrup
- 2 oz rum
- ¾ oz fresh lime juice
- ½ oz pineapple juice
- nutmeg garnish
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
- Strain into a chilled rocks glass
- Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg and a dehydrated lime wheel
