Chai Sazerac
In this cocktail the classic Sazerac gets a dose of exotic chai spice. The pairing is truly beautiful, and adds interest and intrigue to a tried-and-true staple!
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Chai Spice Tea Syrup
- 2 oz rye whiskey
- 3 dashes Peychaud's bitters
- Absinthe, to rinse
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice
- Stir 20 seconds and strain into a chilled rocks glass
- Garnish with a lemon peel
