Broad Street Irish Coffee
A iced interpretation of the classic Irish Coffee but with a twist: boozy whipped cream.
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Demerara Gum Syrup
- 2 oz Irish whisky
- 2 oz cold brew coffee
- 1 dash mole bitters
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
- Strain into a mug glass over ice

- benedictine whipped cream
