Bella Luna
The classic Aviation cocktail proved the gin, fresh lemon and violet liqueur are exceptional together. This riff introduces another floral liqueur to double down on the fresh flavors, and silky gum syrup rounds everything into a perfectly balanced cocktail.
Ingredients:
- barspoon Classic Gum Syrup
- 2 oz gin
- ½ oz Crème de Violette
- ¾ oz elderflower liqueur
- ¾ oz lemon juice
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass
