If "brown, bitter and stirred" is your thing, look no further than this unique cocktail from the minds at Death & Co.

Ingredients:

  • barspoon Demerara Gum Syrup
  • 1 oz Batavia arrack
  • 1 oz dark rum
  • 1 oz sweet vermouth
  • 1 oz Campari
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
  • 2 dashes mole bitters

    Instructions:

    • Add all ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice
    • Stir for 20 seconds and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice

    Glass:

    • rocks

    Garnish:

    • orange twist
