Aguamiel
The citrusy salinity of a good blanco tequila accords well with an earthy amaro and the tropical sweetness of pineapple. Don't skip the lemon peel - expressing the oils on this drink gives it a much needed brightness.
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Pineapple Gum Syrup
- 2 oz tequila
- ½ oz amaro (Cynar recommended)
- 2 dashes aromatic bitters
- 3 drops saline solution
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice
- Stir 20 seconds and strain into a coupe
