Apples All the Way Down

A dash of bitters and fresh rosemary balance the sweetness of this bright highball that's brimming with fall fruit flavor.

Ingredients:

• ¾ oz Real Grenadine
• 1 oz apple brandy
• ½ oz lemon juice
• 1-2 dashes aromatic bitters
• 4-6 oz apple cider (alcoholic, carbonated)

Instructions:

• Add syrup, lemon, and brandy to a highball glass filled with ice
• Top with cider and stir
• Slap a sprig of rosemary to release its oils and garnish
