Amaretto Sour
Take this beloved sour and bring it up a notch with bourbon whiskey and gum syrup.
Ingredients:
- ¼ oz Classic Gum Syrup
- 1 ½ oz amaretto
- ¾ oz overproof bourbon
- 1 oz lemon juice
- ½ oz egg white
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
- Strain into a chilled a rocks glass
- Garnish with a lemon peel and brandied cherry
