Paradise Lost
A cocktail created by Shannon Tebay and published in Death & Co's Welcome Home cocktail recipe book. This drink is a Mai Tai variation that subs orgeat with pineapple syrup, Jamaican rum with chile vodka, and Dry Curaçao with Yellow Chartreuse. The result is an herbal and spicy surprise.
Ingredients:
- ¾ oz Pineapple Gum Syrup
- 1 ½ rhum agricole blanc
- ½ oz chile vodka
- ¼ oz Yellow Chartreuse
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients into a shaker tin.
- Add a small scoop of crushed ice and whip shake until well-aerated.
- Strain into a glass and top with crushed ice.
