On Holiday

This fun cocktail is full of light tropical fruit flavor that's balanced by the hint of bitterness in Aperol. 

Ingredients:

• ¾ oz Pineapple Gum Syrup
• 1 oz vodka
• 1 oz coconut liqueur
• ½ oz Aperol
• ¾ oz lime juice

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
• Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
• Strain into a glass filled with crushed ice
