Mai Tai Esque
Pineapple Gum Syrup is a lovely tropical addition to the Mai Tai, and in this variant we'd encourage a high character rhum agricole to bring in some briny raw sugarcane flavor.
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Almond Orgeat Syrup
- ½ oz Pineapple Gum Syrup
- 2 oz rhum agricole
- ½ oz orange liqueur
- 1 oz lime juice
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
- Strain into a chilled rocks glass
- Garnish with mint
