Lady of Singapore
A Kon Tiki sling from 1930. Basically a long, creamy riff on a Piña Colada.
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Toasted Coconut Syrup
- barspoon oz Real Grenadine
- 1 ½ oz aged rum
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- ½ oz half and half
- ½ oz lime juice
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients except Real Grenadine to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
- Strain into a highball filled with crushed ice
- Drizzle Real Grenadine on top
