Kona Park Swizzle

A rummy warm-weather sipper with fresh mint and Pineapple Gum Syrup.

Ingredients:

  • ¾ oz Pineapple Gum Syrup
  • 2 oz rum 
  • ¾ oz lime juice
  • 7-9 mint leaves
  • 6 dashes aromatic bitters

Instructions:

  • Muddle mint and syrup in a highball glass
  • Add rum, lime and crushed ice
  • Swizzle with crushed ice for 15 seconds
  • Refill with crushed ice and top with bitters
