Hai Fashion

Part rum old fashioned, part Mr. Bali Hali = the Hai Fashion cocktail! Pineapple and coffee are a great match, and we'd encourage a well-aged rum here to introduce some woody vanilla character.

• ¼ oz Pineapple Gum Syrup
• 1½ oz aged rum
  
• ¼ oz coffee liqueur
  
• 1 dash orange bitters
  
• 1 dash black walnut bitters
  

• Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice
• Stir 20 seconds and strain into a chilled rocks glass
