Single Village Fix

The Single Village Fix is an exquisite balance of bold flavors, where the earthy, smoky notes of mezcal are the perfect match for the tropical sweetness of our Pineapple Gum Syrup. Though deceptively simple in its composition, this sophisticated sour cocktail showcases how three carefully chosen ingredients can create a sum greater than its parts.

Ingredients:

• ¾ oz Pineapple Gum Syrup
• 2 oz mezcal
• ¾ oz lime

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker 
• Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
• Strain into a chilled glass
