Copacabana Swizzle
Swap out cachaça for rum in the classic swizzle build for a delightful, crowd-pleasing cocktail.
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Demerara Gum Syrup
- 2 oz cachaça
- ½ oz lime juice
- 4 dashes Angostura bitters
- mint
Instructions:
- Muddle 5-10 mint leaves with gum syrup in a glass
- Fill with crushed ice and add cachaça and lime juice
- Stir until cold and frosty, then top with more crushed ice and the bitters
