Copacabana Swizzle

Swap out cachaça for rum in the classic swizzle build for a delightful, crowd-pleasing cocktail. 

Ingredients:

• ½ oz Demerara Gum Syrup
• 2 oz cachaça
• ½ oz lime juice
• 4 dashes Angostura bitters
• mint

Instructions:

• Muddle 5-10 mint leaves with gum syrup in a glass
• Fill with crushed ice and add cachaça and lime juice
• Stir until cold and frosty, then top with more crushed ice and the bitters

Glass:

• highball

Garnish:

• mint sprig
