The Giuseppe
Frothed orange juice and Campari are the perfect vehicle for chai spice's ginger, clove, and cardamom notes. This Garibaldi riff is a cool weather treat!
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Chai Spice Tea Syrup
- 1 ½ oz Campari
- 4 oz fresh orange juice
Instructions:
- Use a blender or milk frother to agitate the orange juice until it is frothy and foamy
- Add chai tea syrup and Campari to a mixing glass with ice
- Stir 20 seconds then add frothed orange juice
- Stir another 20 seconds and strain into a chilled collins glass
- Garnish with an expressed orange peel
