Siboney
This tropical cocktail is boozy and fruit forward, and will instantly take you to a beach somewhere far, far away. Not for the faint of heart, this cocktail's use of two different rums and tropical fruits is quintessential tiki!
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Topical Passionfruit Syrup

½ oz Demerara Gum Syrup
- 1 oz light Jamaican rum
- 1 oz pineapple rum (no sugar added)
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1 oz unsweetened pineapple juice
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake hard for 20 seconds
- Strain into coupe, tiki mug optional
