Siboney

This tropical cocktail is boozy and fruit forward, and will instantly take you to a beach somewhere far, far away.  Not for the faint of heart, this cocktail's use of two different rums and tropical fruits is quintessential tiki!

Ingredients:

• 1 oz Topical Passionfruit Syrup
• ½ oz Demerara Gum Syrup
  
• 1 oz light Jamaican rum
• 1 oz pineapple rum (no sugar added)
• 1 oz lemon juice
• 1 oz unsweetened pineapple juice

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
• Add ice and shake hard for 20 seconds
• Strain into coupe, tiki mug optional

Glass:

• coupe, tiki mug
