Shooting Blancs

A delicious sour that proves how citrusy tequila cocktails can break out of the margarita mold.

Ingredients:

• ½ oz Tropical Passionfruit Syrup
• 1 ½ blanco tequila
• ¼ oz Ancho Reyes Verde
  
• ½ oz dry vermouth
• ¾ oz lime juice
• 2 dashes grapefruit bitters

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
• Add ice and shake hard for 20 seconds
• Strain into a chilled coupe

• dehydrated lime wheel
