Rooster Tail
Bright and showy, this cocktail has just the right amount of nutty and fruit flavors.
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Raspberry Gum Syrup
- 1 oz madeira
- 1½ oz bonded applejack
- ½ oz peach liqueur
- ¾ oz lemon juice
- 3 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
Instructions:
- Add add ingredients with ice to a cocktail shaker
- Shake until chilled, about 10 seconds
- Strain over crushed into a chilled glass
Glass:
- goblet
Garnish:
- fresh raspberries and mint
