Piña Verde
This cocktail was created by bartender Erick Castro at Polite Provisions in San Diego. The original version was blended, but this riff by Amy Traynor (@moodymixologist) is shaken. Either way, it's a delicious cocktail!
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Toasted Coconut Syrup
- 1 ½ oz Green Chartreuse
- 1 ½ oz pineapple juice
- ½ oz lime juice
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Fill with ice and shake for 20 seconds
- Strain into a chilled glass
Glass:
- rocks or tiki mug
Garnish:
- mint spring
