This delightfully balanced cocktail combines smoky, earthy mezcal with bright, floral strawberry and a touch of spice from the aromatic bitters. The resulting flavor profile is complex and unique while remaining accessible.

Ingredients:

• ¾ oz Pacific Strawberry Syrup
• 1 ½ oz mezcal
• ¼ oz Grand Marnier
• ¾ oz fresh lime juice
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a shaker tin
• Add ice and shake for 10-15 seconds
• Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish
