Ma Cherie
A garden fresh play on a sherry cobbler. Green, tropical and a perfect aperitif cocktail by Leo Robitschek of The Nomad, NYC.
Ingredients:

½ oz Pineapple Gum Syrup

2 ½ oz fino Sherry

½ oz fresh lime juice

¼ oz Green Chartreuse

¼ oz falernum
-
10 drops saline solution
-
1” piece of celery
Instructions:
- Muddle celery
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
- Strain into a chilled highball glass with crushed ice
