Green Eyes Gin

This delicious gin sour comes from one of our favorite bars in Maine, Alpine and Hunt. Already full of herbal notes from the Chartreuse, this is a great cocktail to experiment with different gins and their botanical flavors. 

Ingredients:

  • ½ oz Classic Gum Syrup
  • 1½ oz gin
  • ¾ oz Green Chartreus
  • ¾ oz lime juice
  • ½ oz egg white 

Instructions:

  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
  • Dry shake hard for 10 seconds
  • Add ice and shake hard for another 10 seconds
  • Strain into a chilled rocks glass
  • Garnish with a maraschino cherry and a lime wheel
