French 75 Punch
A large format version of the classic champagne cocktail. A light, delicious drink for a party, we especially love serving this at holiday gatherings. This recipe makes 12 servings.
Ingredients:
- 6 oz Classic Gum Syrup
- 18 oz gin
- 9 oz lemon juice
- 24 oz sparkling wine (almost a standard 750ml bottle)
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a punch bowl
- Add ice and stir
- Serve in coupe glasses or punch cups
- Garnish with lemon wheels
