East India Cocktail
Brisk, with notes of pineapple, orange and grapey cognac.
Ingredients:
- ¼ oz Pineapple Gum Syrup
- 2 oz cognac
- ¼ oz orange liqueur
- 2 dashes maraschino liqueur
- 2 dashes aromatic bitters (Boker's or Angostura recommended)
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice
- Stir 20 seconds and strain into a chilled coupe
- Express a lemon peel and garnish
