Caribbean Colada
Yes we have a lot of colada riffs! We revised this recipe from Giffard. Unabashedly juicy without being generic. An ideal tropical cocktail.
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Toasted Coconut Syrup

¼ oz Tropical Passionfruit Syrup
- 1 oz light rum
- 1 oz aged rum
- ¾ oz Giffard Caribbean Pineapple liqueur
- 1 oz orange juice
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
- Strain into a hurricane glass filled with crushed ice

- pineapple wedge + cherry + umbrella
