Black Magic
A riff on a "Stinger", this split-base rum and cognac cocktail gives a face-lift to an old-school tipple. Perfect after dinner or with a hearty meal!
Ingredients:
- barspoon Classic Gum Syrup
- 1 oz cognac
- 1 oz aged rum
- ½ oz creme de menthe
- barspoon fernet
Instructions:
- Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass
